Hey, I’m Aimee, a professional Wedding Photographer based in Dorset and I capture weddings throughout Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and across the UK and Europe. My style of wedding photography is romantic, documentary & timeless.
When choosing the perfect UK wedding venue, few places can compare to the timeless beauty of Euridge Manor. Nestled in the heart of the English countryside in Wiltshire, this idyllic estate offers a combination of lush gardens, ruins and ornate historic stone architecture. Euridge Manor is a mix of rustic and modern luxury, creating an atmosphere thats perfect for any couple’s big day.
As a wedding photographer at Euridge Manor, there endless beautiful backdrops to choose from, both inside and outdoors. I had a wonderful time photographing this stunning Spring Wedding Day. Emma & Tony chose to have their wedding ceremony in The Lost Orangery, followed by some couple portraits by the Lake and Boathouse. They had their cocktail hour in The Rose Garden, and enjoyed their wedding breakfast in The Ballroom. they had a gorgeous golden hour so we took some more couple photos around the grounds of Euridge and then they partied the night away back in The Lost Orangery.
I hope you will enjoy this selection of photos that I have chosen to tell the story of this lovely Euridge Manor Wedding Day.
The Grounds at Euridge Manor Wedding Venue
Despite its grandeur, Euridge Manor feels intimate and personal. The choice of ceremony spaces coupled with the luxurious yet understated atmosphere, makes it easy to capture both romantic and candid moments that reflect the true story of your wedding day. Whether you’re after a small, intimate ceremony or an extravagant celebration, Euridge Manor offers the kind of backdrop that’ll have your guests talking for years to come.
Wedding Ceremony in The Lost Orangery at Eurdige Manor
Euridge Manor offers flexibility and versatility with an option of backdrops for your wedding ceremony. You can choose an outdoor ceremony in the Gardens, within the Ancient Ruins or in the Boathouse, or indoors in The Lost Orangery or Ballroom. The variety of settings ensures that your wedding will feel unique and tailored to your style.
If you want an indoor/outdoor feel then The Lost Orangery is a great option with it’s unique mix of wild greenery and classic elegance with large chandeliers, climbing vines and palm trees. The tall windows also allows streams of light to fill the venue.
Couples Portraits by the Lake & Boathouse
Euridge Manor provides endless opportunities for romantic couple portraits with its variety of gardens, grand manor house, and picturesque views. Whether you prefer natural outdoor settings or elegant indoor portraits, there’s something for everyone. The wisteria at The Boathouse is especially beautiful and a lovely spot for some private photos together away from your guests. There is even a little rowing boat that you can use on the Lake.
Taking some time out away from your guests to have some lovely photos together is a great way to connect with each other, tell one another how amazing they look and chat about the day so far! I like to capture natural, relaxed images of you both together, giving simple direction when needed.
Drinks Reception in Euridge Manor’s Rose Garden
As a photographer, it’s my job to capture not only the big moments but also the fleeting ones that tell the story in a more personal and intimate way. Euridge Manor is such a naturally beautiful setting, so you’ll want photos that feel just as authentic. For the majority of the wedding day I shoot in a candid, documentary style, this enables me to capture those real, emotional moments—the laughter, happy tears and stolen glances that make your wedding day so unforgettable.
There are always lots of these moments during the drinks reception which can be held in the gardens of Euridge Manor. This is a lovely relaxing space with carefully manicured hedges, vibrant florals and a serene atmosphere; perfect for you and your guests chat, explore and have a drink… or 3!
Wedding Breakfast in the Ballroom at Euridge Manor
Every wedding is made up of beautiful little details and Euridge Manor offers an abundance of them. From the intricate stonework, carefully curated gardens, tailored floral arrangements and elegant table settings; the unique characteristic of the venue provides the perfect canvas to highlight your personal touches. As a wedding photographer with an eye for detail, I love photographing the decor and personal touches that you have chosen. These all play a part in creating a visual narrative that helps tell the story of your wedding day.
Wedding Day Speeches
Speeches are one of my favourite parts of a wedding day! I love capturing the range of emotions and reactions throughout your wedding breakfast as well as hearing some lovely stories about you and your guests. So often I find myself either laughing along with you or welling up behind my camera. This part of the wedding day is always really special as it is so unique to you and your loved ones!
Romantic Golden Hour Portraits at Euridge Manor
Oh dreamy golden hour! Emma & Tony had such beautiful light after their wedding breakfast, so we took a couple minutes to capture some gorgeous portraits of them in front of the garden ruins at Euridge Manor. The golden light helped create some lovely soft & romantic images which I hope they will treasure for many years to come!
Wedding Day Evening Celebrations at Euridge Manor
The wedding evening kicked off with an outdoor cake cutting before everyone hit the dance floor in The Lost Orangery. The space felt completely different to how it did during the ceremony with lots of golden and colourful lighting, a live band and a menu of cocktails! The energy of a wedding dance floor is always so addictive to photograph and often ends up with me wanting to join in and have a dance too!
